Membership Type

Note: couples should each submit a separate form. Life membership is available to members aged 60 and over for a one-off fee.

Payment
The membership fee is payable annually from 1st January. You can pay online to ASMC, Lloyds Bank, Sort Code 30-93-92, Account No. 03066381 (use your surname and postcode as the reference), or arrange payment by cash or cheque directly with the committee.

I hereby apply for membership of the Association of Senior Muslim Citizens (ASMC) and accept its aims and objectives. I agree to abide by its rules and regulations as set out in its constitution (available on request), and by any changes made by the Executive Committee or approved at the Annual General Meeting.

I confirm that I am a Muslim.

I agree to my details being kept on the ASMC database. I understand I will only receive information about invitations to events and notices from ASMC, and that my details will not be passed on to anyone else.
